Job Description

Join TEKsystems as a Sales Development Representative and jump-start your sales career with a growing technology company. You'll engage with customers to transition them to our innovative Light 2.0 platform, providing valuable support and training along the way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact Light account customers to introduce the Light 2.0 software update
  • Explain benefits of Light 2.0 and additional financing options
  • Provide training and support during the transition process
  • Aim to transition customers to the Light 2.0 platform
  • Report to a direct manager and collaborate on the overall campaign

Required Qualifications

  • Positive attitude and desire to achieve results
  • Desire to build a career in sales
  • Ability to navigate search engines, CRMs, and basic computer functions
  • Active listening and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Sales experience
  • Strong customer service background
