Clinical Quality Improvement Coordinator - RN (Hiring Immediately)

Job Description:

The Clinical Quality and Patient Safety Nurse leads and promotes Clinical Quality Improvement and Patient Safety efforts throughout the organization. This position supports and promotes safe and high-quality patient care through systematic, coordinated and continuous approach to improvement.

The Clinical Quality and Patient Safety Nurse works collaboratively with physicians, organization leaders, and staff, to identify and enhance patient safety practices.

Experience:

Relevant work experience in clinical healthcare and quality. Registered Nurse (current VT RN license), Current certification in Patient Safety preferred; (required within 2 years of employment) Understanding of CAH and other regulatory standards in healthcare preferred, but willing to train the right applicant.
