Key Responsibilities
Educate providers on NCQA HEDIS measures and risk adjustment
Collect and summarize provider quality and risk adjustment performance data
Collaborate with Provider Relations to improve provider performance
Identify specific practice needs for Centene support
Maintain Quality KPI and HEDIS Abstraction accuracy rates
Travel up to 75% of time to provider offices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
3+ years in HEDIS record collection and risk adjustment (coding)
