Key Responsibilities
Facilitate the member experience by answering phone calls, emails, and other requests
Assist members with quotes, binding new business, and policy changes
Identify and understand member needs to provide accurate advice and solutions
Maintain required Property & Casualty licenses and registrations
Ensure compliance with risk and compliance policies
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Currently active Property and Casualty or Personal Lines license
1 year of customer service experience in insurance or financial services
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Preferred Qualifications
US military experience or a military spouse/domestic partner
Prior experience in a fast-paced contact center environment
1+ years of direct sales or upselling/cross-selling experience
