As the LTAMDS Task Lead at Raytheon, you will oversee RF product execution, ensuring timely hardware delivery while collaborating across teams. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving project success and resolving complex engineering challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Lead others by understanding team dynamics and capitalizing on team strengths
Lead trade studies for solving complex problems considering quality, cost, schedule, and performance
Convey task status on complex issues across multiple teams and departments
Seek opportunities to fill roles to ensure business unit success
Partner with program team to ensure cost, schedule, and technical requirements are executed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience with progressing leadership roles
Experience with electrical subsystems and/or circuit card assembly
Experience with analog, digital and/or mixed signal circuit design/analysis
Ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the design, test and sell off of military systems
Demonstrated ability to work with a complex engineering team
Solid understanding of hardware testing methodologies
Experience in Root-Cause Corrective Action investigations
Knowledge of Material Review Board processes
Experience resolving production issues with suppliers
A minimum of 6 years in assembly, integration and test of EO and RF subsystems
Mentor Graphics DxDesigner experience
Knowledge of printed circuit board fabrication
Familiarity with missile communication transceivers
Planning and leading hardware subsystem development activities
Experience managing cost and schedule with Earned Value Management
