As a Project Director at BluSky, you will play a vital role in estimating, closing sales, and managing restoration projects across various sectors. This position offers a competitive salary with uncapped commission potential, allowing you to thrive in a dynamic and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Estimate, close sales, and manage restoration projects
Negotiate and execute contracts on behalf of the company
Oversee revenue production and ensure project budgets are on track
Develop and maintain customer satisfaction through communication and updates
Work with internal teams to coordinate project efforts
Participate in business development activities and attend networking events
Required Qualifications
5+ years of recent marketing/business development and sales experience in the restoration or construction industry
Extensive construction estimating and/or large loss and catastrophe experience
Must be able to attend business development networking functions 2-3 evenings a week
Intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong knowledge of project management, financial processes, and administration
Strong business ethics and integrity
Preferred Qualifications
Experience utilizing Xactimate and other estimating software
Experience with social media platforms such as LinkedIn
OSHA 10 or 30, CPR and First Aid certifications
