DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
-Ambulatory Infusion staff are knowledgeable in the care of patients with cancer, autoimmune diseases, infections and more. We provide expert care to the patients and all of their infusion needs.
-NOTE: This position will be shared between the Lebanon and Albany offices.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
-Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required upon submission.
-Healthcare Provider Level BLS required.
-AHA ACLS Provider Card required.
-IV Therapy experience preferred.
-PICC and midline proficiency preferred.
-Chemotherapy experience preferred.
-Infusion (CRNI) and/or Oncology (OCN) national certification preferred.
-Preference given to candidate with current ONS/ONCC provider card.
-Preference given to candidate with PIV and CVAD access experience.
