Job Description
Join Sustainable Facilities Management Services as a Construction Project Superintendent to lead and manage construction projects focusing on sustainability and compliance. You will oversee project planning, budgeting, and stakeholder communication while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the entire project lifecycle from pre-construction to closeout
Develop comprehensive project plans and manage project budgets
Coordinate project tasks and ensure compliance with regulations
Serve as primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
Lead project teams and ensure collaboration and accountability
Implement risk management and quality control processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5-7 years of project management experience in construction
Demonstrated experience managing construction projects for federal government contracts
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, or similar
Experience managing federal government projects, especially on military bases
Familiarity with local, state, and federal permitting processes
