Key Responsibilities
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance
Administer prescribed medications as delegated by a licensed nurse
Document outcomes related to resident care and medication administration
Assist residents with daily living activities
Participate in wellness and recreational programs
Required Qualifications
CMA II license required at time of hire
High school diploma or GED preferred
Minimum age of 18 preferred
CNA certification with State Board of Nursing (varies by state)
Successful completion of state-approved Certified Medication Aide/Assistant course
Preferred Qualifications
Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience
Valid driver's license and auto insurance (when applicable)
12 hours continuing education annually based on state requirements
