Job Description
Intuit is seeking Tax Advisors for the upcoming tax season. This remote position allows you to help clients navigate tax complexities while working from home. Join a supportive team and make an impact by empowering customers with their tax preparation using TurboTax.
Key Responsibilities
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, and tax calculations
Manage product/software inquiries and document interactions
Utilize government websites and professional resources to deliver accurate answers
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney
Strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Excellent customer service skills
