Key Responsibilities
Accountable for direct and indirect quality care for patients of all ages.
Coordinate patient care activities with other members of the health care team.
Follow the nursing process in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act.
Required Qualifications
Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
1 year - Medical/surgical experience in an acute care setting or 1 year experience in either an acute care setting or community mental health setting for Mental Health RN work.
Preferred Qualifications
Recent Home Health experience.
Community mental health experience.
Geriatric experience.
ANCC Psychiatric for Mental Health RN work assignment.
Hospice or Palliative Care experience for Palliative Care RN work assignment.
Point of Care experience.
