Join Quill, a leader in office supplies, as a Customer Sales Account Manager. You'll drive sales, manage a portfolio of high-value accounts, and leverage tools to grow business through strategic planning and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for sales results for assigned book of accounts (~$8-10M+)
Acquire new business and grow sales as well as manage current customer base
Map accounts and identify core and specialty category opportunities
Create and maintain understanding of accounts and strategic growth plans
Utilize enablement tools to keep customer data updated and manage a healthy pipeline
Leverage phone, social selling, email/digital, and on-site visits for sales strategies
Utilize Salesforce regularly
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
3+ years sales experience in Account Management and/or Business Development
Availability to travel (up to 4x per year)
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
Prior experience working with large complex accounts
Had responsibility for a sales quota and a track record of exceeding quota
Managed a complex deal shaping from start to finish
Experience with business-to-business sales process
Had responsibility to retain and grow accounts
