Occupational Therapist I evaluates and treats patients of all ages with therapeutic interventions tailored to individual needs, maintaining documentation per regulatory standards. They participate in interdisciplinary meetings, quality improvement, and provide supervision to therapy staff while supporting departmental initiatives. The role requires a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy and relevant licensure, focusing on patient care, clinical decision-making, and administrative tasks.
Position Objective:
Evaluates and provides treatment to pediatric through geriatric patients for Occupational Therapy services providing therapeutic intervention specific to the individual needs of the patient. Completes interventions and documentation according to regulatory and departmental standards.
