Key Responsibilities
Develop pseudo-code architectures and write FPGA code for SDR software and firmware
Define RF system requirements and derive RF component specifications
Prepare and present design reviews for customers
Support integration and testing, including unit-level and spacecraft level testing
Design and analyze communications systems for satellite and interplanetary applications
Required Qualifications
Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or related field with 5 years of experience, or Master's with 3 years of experience
Good oral presentation skills and comfort with customer interaction
Experience with FPGA chipsets such as XilinX Versal, ProASIC, RTAX, RTG4, Ultrascale, Ultrascale+
FPGA design and development for SDRs
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with analog design of circuits
Experience with RF circuit card design of software defined Radios
Channelization/digital processor design
Communications Digital Signal Processing/waveform development
Experience leading small engineering teams
Hands-on experience with RF test equipment
