Key Responsibilities
Successfully position and sell DISH and Boost Mobile products and services to new and existing customers
Assess each customer’s needs and offer the best valued solution
Demonstrate resilience from challenging calls and maintain focus on larger goals
Manage time effectively while engaging with customers and handling data entry
Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, services, and promotions
Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain relationships
Required Qualifications
High school diploma/GED
Ability to work full-time on-site
Flexible to work shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays
