Job Description
Join Citizens as a Part-Time Teller, where you will play a vital role in enhancing customer experiences and helping them achieve their financial goals. You'll utilize technology and your customer service skills to provide tailored solutions and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers in lobbies and assist with transactions
Demonstrate how to use mobile app and ATMs
Provide personalized advice and solutions to help customers achieve financial goals
Educate customers on Citizens products and respond to inquiries
Follow financial policies and procedures, including cash handling
Required Qualifications
High School degree or GED
Minimum of 6 months experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments)
Minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience
Strong listening and communication skills
Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs
Ability to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues
Customer-centric to deliver exceptional service
Comfortable with using digital technology
Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings
Preferred Qualifications
1 year of experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments)
Motivates others through collaboration
Process-oriented, energetic, detail-oriented, and ability to multitask effectively
