Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of agency properties across five NYC boroughs
Manage area managers and handymen teams for routine maintenance
Collaborate with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing contractors
Ensure timely resolution of service tickets and enforce safety standards
Develop performance metrics for operational effectiveness
Required Qualifications
10 years working as a tradesperson (mechanical, plumbing, or electrical fields)
5 years managerial experience overseeing teams or operations
Experience with technical building systems
Understanding of maintenance operations and vendor management
Fluency in English
Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a hybrid role with field and office responsibilities
Familiarity with life safety system requirements and contract management
