Key ResponsibilitiesConduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms Engage in collaborative care with a team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists Required QualificationsMaster’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field Current and active professional license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCP) in Virginia and/or Maryland or eligibility for licensure Passionate about mental health and committed to providing high-quality care Dedicated to ongoing professional development in mental health Preferred QualificationsEager to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team Strong commitment to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families Ability to manage time effectively and complete documentation and administrative tasks efficiently Benefits & PerksCompetitive compensation Medical, dental, vision insurance Low-cost virtual care Dependent and domestic partner coverage 401K Ongoing educational resources
