Join LSG Sky Chefs as a Sanitation Supervisor and lead our sanitation program to ensure compliance with food safety standards. You will oversee sanitation activities, conduct inspections, and train staff to maintain a high standard of safety and cleanliness, all while working on the overnight shift.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the sanitation program at the Customer Service Center
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
Monitor and verify sanitation effectiveness
Conduct daily inspections of the manufacturing facility
Create and distribute work schedules for sanitation staff
Orchestrate and conduct training for sanitation and safety procedures
Maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders
Monitor and verify sanitation records
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge
1 to 3 years of related work experience
Problem solving and leadership skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to develop and lead others
Working knowledge of OSHA, GMP, FDA, USDA, and EPA regulations
Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications
