Key Responsibilities
Inspire and support the team to provide excellent customer service
Maintain adequate staffing levels and assist in hiring
Ensure restaurant cleanliness and safety
Assist in inventory control and record keeping
Provide coaching, training, and positive feedback to team members
Build positive relationships with customers and coworkers
Required Qualifications
Desire to grow and succeed in personal and professional development
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs
Strong people-oriented relationship skills
Punctuality and responsibility in working scheduled shifts
Ability to work flexible hours
Background check completed satisfactorily
At least 18 years old
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading a diverse team in a restaurant capacity
Valid driver's license & insurance
Ability to work independently and with a variety of personalities
