Key Responsibilities
Support the Store Manager in daily operations
Run the register and assist customers
Coach and motivate team members
Help hire, train, and lead the team
Act as manager in the Store Manager's absence
Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising
Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment
Create and manage team schedules
Perform cash handling and oversee store financials
Provide feedback and leadership to the team
Required Qualifications
Open availability for weekends, holidays, and second or third shifts
Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and proof of insurance
Physical readiness for cleaning and maintenance tasks
Minimum age requirement (18+ or 21+ depending on state)
Proficient communication skills in English with basic math skills
Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (drug test and background check)
Willingness to learn, especially Topshelf Manager Training in Tennessee
