Position: Certified Surgical Tech CVOR – First Assist
Location: Weston, FL
Facility Type: Short-Term Acute Care, Teaching Hospital (230 beds)
Start Date: ASAP
Shift: 11:00 AM – 11:30 PM, 3x12s (36 hrs/week)
Call: Cardiac call required (approx. 6 per month minimum, may be up to 10 depending on staffing); weekdays and 24-hr weekend shifts
Duration: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs/week
Floating: Yes, within scope and to sister facilities

 

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 months CVOR experience (2+ years strongly preferred)
• Strong Cardiac & Vascular surgical tech experience required
• National certification (NBSTSA or NCCT) preferred
• BLS required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Must have experience in Cardiac OR, able to handle CVOR setup and call
• All RTO must be submitted upfront (no additions after offer)
• Nicotine-free (negative cotinine screen required)

• Traveler may do other cases if no CVOR cases
