Join Our Urology Team in Jackson, MI!
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to join an esteemed team at a reputable hospital in Jackson, Michigan. This facility is well-known for its quality healthcare services, commitment to innovation, and excellent patient care in the community. Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality urological care including outpatient, inpatient, and rounding duties.
- Participate in a collaborative call rotation of 1:4, ensuring a sustainable work-life balance.
- Conduct surgeries on two dedicated OR days and see patients for 2.5 days in the clinic.
- Manage a patient load of approximately 22 patients daily, including new patient consultations.
- Work with a skilled support team comprising Advanced Practice Professionals and Medical Assistants.
- Perform on-site procedures with state-of-the-art equipment.
- Ensure effective documentation using the EPIC EMR system.
- Contribute to a highly collegial medical environment focused on meaningful patient interactions.
Qualifications:
- Truly Board Eligible (to become Board Certified within six months) or Board Certified in Urology.
- Active Michigan medical license or willingness to obtain.
- Up-to-date flu vaccination or willingness to obtain.
- BLS and ACLS certification or willingness to acquire.
- DEA and CSR/CDS certifications must be obtained prior to start.
- Clean malpractice and license history.
License and Certification Requirements:

- Truly Board Eligible candidates must become Board Certified within 6 months of hire.
