Job Description
Join Zen Educate as a Classroom Aide Assistant and make a lasting impact on K–12 special education students. Support teachers and help students reach their full potential in a structured classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist licensed staff in implementing academic adaptations and IEPs
Work with students individually or in small groups
Maintain a safe classroom environment
Provide support for students in crisis situations
Utilize various learning methods to enhance student engagement
Required Qualifications
60 college credits or higher or passing score on Paraeducator Assessment or Paraprofessional Assessment
Professional proficiency in English
U.S. Work Authorization
Preferred Qualifications
ParaPro Certification
Behavioral Technician or PCA experience
Experience in a school setting with special needs children
