Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end responsibility for individual modules within client engagements
Develop strategies for digital and technology transformation
Collaborate with clients to solve complex issues
Engage in cross-functional teamwork across BCG
Guide clients on AI, data analytics, and digital service delivery
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
4+ years of practical experience in IT consulting or IT project management
Technical expertise in digital transformation
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Analytical and conceptual skills
Willingness to travel (up to 80%)
Preferred Qualifications
Expertise with portfolio and project management in federal government agencies
Experience with Agile methodologies
Prior experience in technology consulting
