Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first face of the community and coordinate recruitment processes
Maintain secure confidential human relations systems while providing excellent customer service
Coordinate grassroots recruitment efforts and ensure compliance in the hiring process

Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in human resources management, payroll, and employee training
Experience in bookkeeping and basic accounting
Clear verbal and written communication skills

Comfortable sitting at a desk for extended periods
