Key Responsibilities
Provide direct and indirect clinical services to adults in need of mental health care
Conduct crisis assessments and intake assessments
Facilitate individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy
Develop treatment plans and manage cases
Collaborate with team and community resources
Educate patients and families on treatment processes
Participate in clinical supervision and team meetings
Required Qualifications
Masters degree
Connecticut licensure as LCSW, LADC, LPC, or LMFT
Valid driver's license with public passenger endorsement
Preferred Qualifications
Training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
Familiarity with abuse and neglect reporting
Knowledge of community-based resources
Experience with pre-authorization and billing processes
