Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main liaison for caregivers during the preboarding process
Tailor the preboarding process to each caregiver's unique circumstances
Develop strong, trusting relationships through consistent communication
Conduct virtual and onsite appointments to assist with pre-employment tasks
Ensure completion of all necessary pre-employment requirements
Maintain accurate records and compliance
Required Qualifications
1 year of customer service experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent organizational skills
Attention to detail
Customer service mindset
