Key Responsibilities
Conduct clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
Train, schedule, and supervise assigned staff
Promote community integration
Document progress and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Provide supervision for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and OT students
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
State licensure as OTR/L in Michigan
Two years of professional work experience in a clinical setting
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in sensory processing evaluation
Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written formats
Valid driver's license
