Job Description
Intuit is seeking Tax Analysts for the upcoming tax season, offering a remote work opportunity. Candidates should have a PTIN and experience in tax preparation, providing exceptional customer service and guidance to clients navigating their tax filings.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in completing their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice and full service return preparation
Manage product/software inquiries
Document interactions to maintain accurate records
Interact with customers using video communication software
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria
