Job Description

Join Powell Industries as a Regional Sales Executive to drive strategic growth in Automation and Asset Management Solutions. This role offers the opportunity to build business relationships, achieve sales targets, and make an impact in the Power Automation industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new and current business relationships with targeted clients
  • Identify and approach potential new clients
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing plans
  • Prepare and deliver presentations
  • Achieve bookings and profit sales goals
  • Maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing
  • Attend industry events

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 8+ years of experience in sales
  • Demonstrated track record in Power Automation industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of substation automation systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Engineering Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering
  • Formal sales training
