Key Responsibilities
Prepare, operate, and oversee daily operations of entertainment venues
Maintain theater cleanliness and ensure operational readiness for performances
Perform light and sound checks, troubleshoot equipment, and assist with maintenance
Support and train new team members on operating procedures
Complete reports and documentation as necessary
Required Qualifications
At least 18 years of age
Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
Able to work in heights up to 60 ft.
Strong teamwork skills
Ability to handle stress and prioritize
Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in theater operations
Knowledge of sound mixing
Ability to work without a crew
