Key Responsibilities
Perform patient assessment
Establish a plan of care
Provide care in accordance with physician's orders
Assess effectiveness of treatment and modify as needed
Plan for patient discharge and communicate with healthcare team
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's and Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA or eligibility
Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state
Current Basic Life Support/CPR Card
Preferred Qualifications
One year of experience preferred
