As the Traveling Housekeeping Standards Manager at Disney Cruise Line, you will ensure operational compliance with housekeeping standards across the fleet. Conduct audits of shipboard Housekeeping Operations
Assess operational compliance with safety standards
Evaluate onboard job training and coaching sessions
Support maintenance and updates of Lodging Operating Guidelines
Monitor execution of critical housekeeping tasks
Follow up on audit findings and assist shipboard leaders
Support the Housekeeping Team during dry dock and new build projects
Provide structured feedback to Housekeeping Leadership
