Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical support to the rental fleet department
  • Coordinate the entry and exit of vehicles in the rental fleet
  • Maintain records of car movements, registrations, and paperwork
  • Process invoices and communicate with internal and external parties

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word)
  • Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Willingness to work outside or near a mechanical shop with moderate noise
  • Flexibility to work all shifts
  • Ability to continuously sit, type, talk, and hear/listen, move throughout the location, and drive a variety of vehicles as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months office clerical experience
  • Knowledge of auto parts and tools
