Job Description
Join Biolife Plasma Services as a Phlebotomist and play a crucial role in collecting high-quality plasma to help create life-changing medicines. You'll provide exceptional customer service while ensuring donor safety and maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Answer phones and greet donors
Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs
Use Donor Information System and maintain accurate records
Coordinate donor compensation
Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement
Work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
Ability to lift up to 32 lbs. occasionally and 50 lbs. rarely
Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance
1 or more years experience in a customer or patient facing role
