Key Responsibilities
Manage and provide skilled occupational therapy to patients/clients
Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of diagnoses and disabilities
Consult professionally to achieve maximum patient/client independence
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
Master's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
Ph.D. from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program or equivalent education/experience
Oregon Occupational Therapist License upon hire
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
Preferred Qualifications
Occasional specialized Occupational Therapy training to meet a particular department need
