Key Responsibilities
Provide individualized outpatient rehabilitation services in patients' homes or independent living facilities
Evaluate, plan, and implement therapeutic programs tailored to patients' needs
Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and support personnel
Maintain clinical documentation and adhere to treatment schedules
Consult with other healthcare professionals to select appropriate therapeutic regimens
Promote patient safety and well-being
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards
Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
Valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license in the state of practice
Valid driver's license or reliable transportation
