Key Responsibilities
Perform oil changes and additional car maintenance services
Assist the Service Center Manager in daily operation and oversight
Deliver a positive first impression to each guest
Build trust and win repeat customers
Support inventory, labor management, and financial performance

Required Qualifications
Six months of supervisory experience, preferably in a retail environment
Knowledge of cash handling, facility, and safety control policies
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
Stand for extended periods and climb stairs
Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
Full mobility to twist, stoop, and bend
High school diploma or equivalent
Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
