Join Boston Consulting Group as a Practice Area Senior Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping the People and Organization strategy. You'll lead high-impact initiatives, enhance team engagement, and drive organizational change, all while collaborating with top leaders in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic and operational priorities for the People and Organization Practice Area
  • Define and deliver people and engagement strategy
  • Drive global commercial insights
  • Execute key global people processes
  • Work with regional and offer managers on engagement activities and learning development
  • Organize internal/external events and develop communication agendas

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of consulting experience or 8-10+ years of relevant industry experience
  • University Advanced degree
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage and drive area of accountabilities
  • Ability to lead complex projects independently
  • Ability to resolve complex issues autonomously
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Advanced knowledge in Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Strong English skills (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ideally, experience within BCG
