Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise employees at the service center
  • Track and audit employees’ hours and handle payroll issues
  • Plan daily manpower needs for freight delivery
  • Provide information on productivity and company policies
  • Research and implement cost-cutting and efficiency improvements
  • Maintain clean and safe working conditions
  • Ensure compliance with laws and company policies

Required Qualifications

  • 5 years of supervisory experience
  • Thorough knowledge of LTL industry
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4 years of related work experience or equivalent military experience
  • Experience with process improvement (Lean/Six Sigma)
  • Forklift experience
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Solid analytical skills
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
