Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift (3x12)
Shift: Nights | 3x12 hours
Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS (CIRH Only)

Experience: Minimum 2 years bedside clinical experience

Summary:
The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in accordance with established nursing care plans, ensuring safe practices, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. This includes supervising LPNs, CNAs, and orientees, performing timely assessments, initiating discharge planning, and documenting care accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission
• Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and families
• Actively participate in patient rehabilitation and discharge planning
• Ensure accurate, timely documentation and communication across teams
• Promote patient and employee safety through adherence to hospital protocols
• Delegate tasks appropriately and supervise ancillary nursing staff
• Provide education to patients and families regarding care plans and treatments
• Identify and pursue professional development opportunities
• Serve as Charge Nurse when assigned
• Maintain compliance with hospital appearance, attendance, and safety policies
