Job Description
Join Intuit as a Business Tax Accountant and help customers navigate their tax returns with expert guidance. You'll leverage your tax preparation experience while working remotely to shape the future of TurboTax Live Business, all while making a meaningful impact on customer success.
Key Responsibilities
Provide tax advice and full service business return preparation
Interact with customers using video communications software
Create high-quality customer interactions
Utilize government websites and professional resources for customer inquiries
Document customer interactions
Meet company key performance metrics
Required Qualifications
Strong business tax preparation experience
Extensive knowledge of federal and state tax laws
3 or more years of experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120-S)
Minimum of 2 seasons of personal tax preparation experience
Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Proficient with technology
Strong customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Bookkeeping experience
Experience preparing business tax returns for service industry customers
