Key Responsibilities
Manage 2 long-term care units/skilled nursing facilities
Mentor and teach staff to ensure care processes are followed
Provide leadership and accountability for resident/patient management
Support a compassionate environment for caregivers and patients
Required Qualifications
Education sufficient for licensure
Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
5 years in a leadership and management role in Nursing
2 years in Long Term care setting including end of life care
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing
1 year of experience with palliative care programs
