The Retail Merchandising Team Lead supports retailers by building displays, resetting shelves, tracking inventory, and maximizing sales opportunities. This role also includes leadership tasks such as reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires. The position requires strong customer service, team leadership skills, and the ability to perform physical work in a retail environment.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.
