Registered Nurse (RN) – Endoscopy/GI Lab

Location: Concord, MA
Shift: Variable Days | 36–40 hours/week

Schedule Details:

• 4 days per week, 9–10 hour shifts
• Typical shift: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM or 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Holidays based on unit discretion
• On-Call Requirements:
  • One weekday (5:30 PM – 3:30 AM) on-call shift per week
  • One weekend on-call shift per month (Saturday 7:00 AM – Monday 6:30 AM)
  • Holiday call shifts as assigned

Responsibilities:

• Assist in endoscopic and GI therapeutic procedures, including ERCP and EUS.
• Provide pre-, intra-, and post-procedure nursing care.
• Maintain procedural competency per department standards.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout all procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members for optimal outcomes.
• Support emergency responses and recovery processes as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts RN license
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Experience in advanced therapeutics (ERCP and EUS) is mandatory
• Must be able to work independently in procedure rooms
• Proven competency in endoscopic procedures and related equipment
