Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day operations of new account desks and teller/servicing areas
Provide coaching to associates and address service breakdowns
Partner with Branch Manager to ensure efficient customer service
Monitor and coach branch staff in cross-selling and performance
Handle customer concerns and escalate as needed
Assist in recruitment and training of branch staff
Complete new accounts and teller activities as necessary
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, customer service skills
Strong organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy
Thorough knowledge of bank operations, policies, procedures, compliance, and banking regulations
Team oriented with a positive attitude
