Key Responsibilities
Provide assessment, triage, and therapeutic management of patient/family needs
Collaborate with supervising/collaborating physician(s) in accordance with state law and hospital regulations
Obtain medical histories, perform physical examinations, review/order diagnostic tests
Educate patients and families on care and available resources
Provide psychosocial support to patients and families
Serve as surgical assist in the OR
Required Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program
Active, unrestricted CT medical license or in process of obtaining
ACLS/BLS Certification
DEA License
Preferred Qualifications
1-2 years of Gyn and/or Oncology experience
Surgical and chemotherapy experience
