Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Seeing patients with a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
Conducting in-office and occasional tele-health visits
Collaborating with in-office and virtual clinical teams
Utilizing clinical training for in-office procedures
Required Qualifications
Completed an accredited NP program with national certification
103 NP or 104 NP categorized NP in California, able to practice autonomously
2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, or 1 year in outpatient with fellowship/urgent care experience
State licensed in CA by start date
