Key Responsibilities
Lead a team overseeing client experience, logistics, medicine, and nursing.
Ensure high-quality patient care and client experience.
Achieve program impact goals for mobile clinics.
Maintain compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
Oversee the financial and administrative health of the program.
Support staff in day-to-day operational challenges.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum 5 years managing direct reports
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven history of building positive working relationships
Excellent time management skills
Flexibility to respond to shifting priorities
Ability to manage direct reports in multiple locations
Preferred Qualifications
California Veterinary Technician license
Experience supervising manager-level employees
Bilingual (fluent in Spanish preferred)
Previous experience driving large vehicles
